Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The typeface is hosted on our own domain, so no third-party service is contacted when the page loads.
When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message to reply and, where relevant, to discuss a brand partnership or representation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Retention: up to 2 years after our last contact if no agreement follows. Contract and invoicing records are kept for 6 years from the end of the financial year, as required by Irish company and tax law.
Brand and agency contacts we reach out to
To propose partnerships for the creators we represent, we contact people who work at brands, PR agencies and marketing agencies. For this we process business contact details: name, job title, company, work email address and the history of our conversation. We collect them from company websites, public professional profiles and B2B contact-data providers.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering relevant business partnerships to companies (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We only use work contact details for business purposes. You can object at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@walkstonemanagement.com, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details, keeping only what is needed to make sure we do not contact you again. Retention: until you object, or 2 years after our last contact with no reply.

Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Google and Notion process some data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Creator websites
The creator sites we link to, such as sebastian.walkstonemanagement.com and catalinawalk.com, are separate websites with their own privacy notices.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing; you may object to processing and exercise your right to data portability. Write to hello@walkstonemanagement.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, dataprotection.ie). You may equally complain to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
